At ZNEEX, we accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal. ZNEEX will begin your Premium membership solely upon confirmation of payment. Click on the “Upgrade to premium” button on the ZNEEX app to enter the monthly or annual membership amounts. You will be automatically directed to the selected payment-processing page, where you will have the option to pay with either your credit card or through PayPal. PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, it will link you to the PayPal site to make a payment. Our payment system has secure servers which enable you to make your payment with complete confidence. Your credit card information is not processed through or stored on ZNEEX, THREAD MB or Dacway servers and no payment information of any kind is ever released to a third party.
Refunds: There are generally no refunds for merchandise or In-App purchases purchased through the SIte. Monthly subscriptions obtained directly through ZNEEX can be canceled at any time with the option to request in writing a refund of the balance due specific to the month of cancellation. Failure to make this request in writing to the contact address below will result in the forfeiture of the existing balance and continued use of the Site through the end of the month of cancellation, with cancellation to immediately follow the last day of that month. Receipt of a written refund request by the Site through the contact address below will result in the appropriate refund being credited back to the member’s credit card and the immediate removal of the member’s profile as well as the immediate termination of the member’s membership and account.
Third Party Store: If you purchased a subscription through a Third Party Store, you will need to access your account with that Third Party Store and follow instructions to change or cancel your subscription. All subscriptions, whether purchased through the Site or a Third Party Store run “month to month” and are subject to automatic renewal. If you choose to sign-up for ZNEEX through a Third Party, you acknowledge that the Terms & Conditions maintained by that Third Party govern your subscription as well as the cancellation policy.
